CATERING

We provide full catering upon request. The following options can be selected:

BREAKFAST
Variety of cereals, muesli, yoghurt, seasonal fruit, pastries and / or a full warm breakfast including french toast, bacon, sausages and toast or vetkoek and mince.

LUNCH
A variety of light lunches are available upon request.

DINNER
Starters:
Select from a range of starters including carpaccio, fish soup, biltong & butternut soup, bruschetta and seared rump steak.

Main Course (braai): Options vary from mushroom fillet, chicken espatada, rack of lamb or

Main Course (traditional SA cuisine): Options vary from oxtail pot, bobotie, green bean & tomato lamb shank stew or curried lamb sosaties (kebabs) & snoek pie.

Side Dishes: Choose from green beans, pumpkin fritters, "pap" and "shebah" (maize porridge), home made bread, sweet potato, sweet corn or pumpkin bake.

Salads: Choose from the following salads: Traditional Greek, Banana, Summer Citrus, Mango or Potato Salad.

DESSERTS:
Select from the following: Malva Pudding, Apple Tart, Milk Tart, Peppermint Crisp Tart and Pancakes & Ice cream.
